As we anticipate warmer weather (any day now...) we are hard at work envisioning a warmer weather menu, complete with some special sandwiches and soft pretzels. Wha???
In the coming weeks, we will be picturing you on a picnic, either in your backyard, or at a lake or forest, and we want you to have some great food to bring along in your basket. Stay tuned...But for now, arghhhh!!

Varietals: 75%Grenache, 25% Syrah BIODYNAMIC. Full- bodied with earthy black cherries, dark dusty raspberries, toasted oak, smoke, bramble, anise, black olives and leather.
Domaine Chevy-Chouet, Bourgogne Aligoté (2017)
Varietal: Aligoté. ORGANIC. This is a rich, lively and exotic Aligoté offering aromas and flavors of fresh citrus, yellow apples and peach with hints of dry herbs, roasted almond, vanilla and honeysuckle. A fresh, crisp mouthfeel with a refined polished texture.
